Sarath offers a range of specialized sessions, as well as private sessions, courses for organizations, and tailored programs aimed at small or larger groups. His sessions range from hatha yoga classes, pranayama, guided meditation, and yogic healing. All sessions are currently being offered online due to COVID-19.
